TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: October 26, 2026
1. RENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for the safekeeping and condition of the BUMBLEBOX reusable moving boxes during your rental period. You must ensure that all boxes are returned in a clean, undamaged, and stackable state. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear, or missing components, will incur replacement fees as outlined in our Replacement and Fee Policy.
2. CARD-ON-FILE CONSENT
By submitting your payment information through Wix Payments, you consent to our processing of your card on file for the rental deposit and any applicable rental extensions. We reserve the right to charge your card for the full rental amount if the equipment is not returned on time or if there are damages beyond normal wear.
3. RETURN AND MILEAGE
Equipment must be returned within 20 miles of our Oakdale, California business location. Any travel beyond this distance will incur a $2 per mile charge. You may have a different pickup address than your delivery address, but all equipment must be returned to the designated pickup point.
4. GENERAL TERMS
These terms are governed by the laws of California. By using our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
